CONCEPT DESIGN

We develop conceptual functional zones and define the layout of every room with sample furniture arrangements. Up to three alternative 2D layouts are presented, and the selected option becomes the basis for the concept and technical design.

We create an individual, functional concept tailored to the client’s needs. The proposal is presented through photorealistic 3D visualisations that communicate the final spatial concept, materials, colour palette and furniture.

From the final concept to the smallest detail. We prepare the technical documentation required by contractors to realise the project, including lighting, switches and sockets, plumbing, flooring, ceilings and detailed custom solutions.

Professional, high-quality project delivery. We prepare the overall budget, quantity schedules, quotations and price specifications; select subcontractors; organise deliveries and payments; and coordinate communication between all parties involved.
